Model is a UK 6 (5'5) and wears a W27 L32.
Take a measurement of your waist just below your stomach button/where you want the jeans to sit to get your W size. Note that dropped hem adds 1.25" to inseam length.
Levis do stretch with wear so we suggest going for a snug fit.
